dude i ran so many player run events with dif guilds and spend well over 10mil on nubs. everytime i take a break i give mils and free housings away (placed keeps etc)

With the exception of a few posts, most of the early comments on this thread were pretty reasonable. People have pointed out their thoughts on this issue and have weighed whether or not this is currently "era accurate" or if it should be changed. We have posts from both sides of the fence and even some characters who have the items, and obviously wouldn't WANT to lose them, but would accept it if it were in the spirit of era accuracy.
If we want to talk about flaming, then we should be talking about the people who's posts follow this format:
"I have these items, I am older than you nuubs, you guys are jealous and hating on me, there's other era inaccuracies, if you make this change I will cry and have a fit about it."

I'm being dissed for my join date? Lol. For the record, I am probably one of the poorest people on the shard. Ive never seen a million gold, I have one house...er..well, I guess 2, I put a small down for a guildmate to use. The only rare I have is the red shield from the early bloodrock event. My biggest stack of regs is under 2000. I don't have a single char with GM resist. And I managed to miss all of the christmas giveaways and have my july 4th giveaways stolen
