Out of curiosity, what is a "blessed" house?... If I had to guess I would imagine that it means not being idoc or adding lock downs?

In the course of history, Derrick has altered the lock-down limits (the original Hangman's Gamble, from what I have heard) and perhaps made some houses non-decay (UOH Museum?) but I hven't really heard anything specific about such things.
