Also, the tournament standings is simply a waste of time to decide "who" is the top "champions". The tournaments were removed months ago. I have beat every single person in that top 5 list with Grim still pending. I just fought Choppa for the first time ever the other day and beat him. I also have not lost one 1v1 standard duel since PVP was fixed half a month ago. Does that mean that I'm the top so called "champion" now? I don't think so...
That duel may take a while busy playing new games sorry :] I will try and fit u into my schedule one day
I haven't ever seen you in game but once my entire time here, so it's not like I was expecting anything different now.

I guess the main thing is the lack of symmetry with the tables and maybe even the tables themselves. I'm not sure they are the best display vessel because they visually absorb all the rares they are trying to show. The rares need something darker and more subtle to show them off. Even though you do have many many rares, I don't think you need to clutter them as much as you do. Use up every bit of space and let a person really walk around them. Granted your just showing off pixels, but wouldn't it be nice to give the person the sense that they were really in a museum?
Also, unless you are planning to give each level its own theme, and I really like that idea, I think its important to give each room the same feel as far as the display presentation. Theming rooms means doing more than just tables with rares but I realize that this might use more lockdowns than you are going to have. Still, a museum needs more than just rares, it needs a setting, like a ticket booth, or a security guard. But then, maybe you just want to put rares on a table, I just don't know.

yea.we are still working out the layout,
we have afloor of 'spawning rares' that im working on, im still having a hard time finding a good way to display them all in one room/ and ahalf, theres over 50 that i know of and its hard to get them all on one floor. As well as the lock down issue, i cant have people pulling up the tables and carpets, it has taken hours to get them where they are. Do you have any examples i can follow for display ideas? We have examples of pedestals we are working on.
I am also doing a floor for events/holiday items there, i have room for a couple more holidays and a room for the most recent holiday items.
The roof we are setting up for CUB items/ wearable spawning items and 'bugged' rares. The bottom floor we are going to reserve for 'player' history and wax sculptures and stories.
The main bottom floor room will be the 'theme of the month' the first theme being the sha'eltar event.
Any help you can give is appreciated any at all, please leave posts

all experiment myself and see if I can come up with anything. There has to be a nicer way to really make the rare show.

I like the tables myself, think that those tables are probably the best for display purposes. In order to get some more lockdowns, perhaps skip the carpets?

A secondage T-shirt isn't a bad donation reward idea, imo.
Send $10 and we'll send you a complimentary T-shirt.

i'm not really the type to wear rpg tee's, or even game tshirts at all.. but if there was a UOSA shop with a few different designs, that'd be one way to donate if the profit was great enough
someone should look into setting it up:P

an UOSA shirt doesn't have to be an "Ultima Online" style shirt either, it could just have some cool fantasy-style design on it and a small UOSA tag somewhere in it discreetly added to it.
There was a small discussion on the Suggestions & Accuracy forum about this idea
