I'll use the thread itself as security and forego a broker; whereas before, we didn't have the thread or a broker.
(If you do agree to a broker though, I'd use Elk or Hydroxide or Vega or a few others just let me know) I understand its annoying to try to get three people together who are in different time zones.

For what it's worth, I've made a handful of deals with EO, most all of them for multiple castle deeds at a time. Never used a broker and always trustworthy in MY own experiences.
My 2c no one asked for.

I don't think anybody would suggest you'd need a broker for something worth only 8mil with Eo, but anytime someone tries to suggest not using a broker...
