Rather than make further modifications to this, we intend to remove the Vendor Replace command in an upcoming patch.

I saw in the MOTD that the "Vendor Replace" command is being removed, (this redeeded the vendor)
does this mean that we will only have the "Vendor Dismiss" command? (this distroys the vendor)

or will it be changed to redeed the vendor?

There will only be the current vendor dismiss.

dunno, this patch note suggests that there still was a way to redeed vendors. plus the weight of the deed is addressed (iirc it is like 1 stone atm)

* Redeeded vendor deeds will now weigh 90 stones. They can now be looted as well (they will drop to your corpse). Vendors must now be emptied before they can be redeeded.

that's a simple answer... town vendors are not "holding" the items in their wares list. ever snooped a vendor? did you see it holding 999 of each reg? :?
