But as long as it curbs ghosting just a little its a good thing..
Why fix the unbroken?
If you're referring to multiclienting in it's entirety, the problems that extend from multiclienting affect a number of areas....all of them creating problems that are inaccurate. Ghosting, gatebots, healbots, pvpbots...the inaccuracies and abuses that are seen from multiclienting go well beyond one single issue
Cutting the populatiuon in half...where does this even come from?. Every time a change is suggested for the sake of accuracy everyone screams "it'll ruin the server!". The sky isn't falling...no one will quit because they cant ghost dozens of locations any longer...this is moronic.

The opposition here makes a wonderful argument.

Please expand as I fail to see why you would even think it would hurt specifically those who do not use them.

It's the argument everyone who wants a curb has been ignoring.
That people who seek to abuse a system will always find another way to use/abuse the system so they have an advantage. Limiting accounts further will only really hurt the people who use them without malice.
Personally, I'd rather people not assume that just because a gank squad rolls in that they are ghosting. I can gurantee there's plenty of people who claim to have been ghosted that really aren't victims of such a thing. I'd also prefer people not expect a level of safety/immunity when in a dungeon. I'd prefer a lot of things, but most of all I'd prefer people stop making it seem like this server has bigger problems then it does.
Saying omgwtf!1!!1 i gotz killd some1 muzt be cheatz every time you die does not help anyone.
(Keep in mind, I'm not saying there aren't people who abuse the system, I'm just saying I'm sick of the doom and gloom coupled with how it's all everyone else's fault they don't have the advantage of a free farming spot that's getting really old.)

I think the argument truly is, though, that multiple accounts aren't really legitimate.

I will grant you that multiple accounts being so wide spread is against the reality of the era if people will stop saying that it didn't happen at all.
I think we all know it happened a lot more then what the naysayers admit.
