Can we have a big patch of small goodies?

For ideas on how to make Second Age a better shard. Can it get any better? Maybe.

Here is one i just noticed today,

when trying to transfer a house to a player that already owns one you get the following message: You cannot transfer ownership to another house owner or co-owner!

Clearly this is incorrect because you can tranfsfer a house to someone that is a co-owner

so which of these are incorrect? the message? or the fact that you can transfer the house to a co-owner?

Sounds like it's the UO:R house transfer text and just hasn't been edited. Surely that should only include "owner"

I believe you are correct. A coowner should not be able to own another house. However our coowner system is not fully in, as there are no strong boxes; and by the strict letter of the law, there should be no coowners based on our timeframe.

Then there should be co-owners, but as said, they should not be owners of other houses or co-owners of other houses per 1999 Patch notes.
Co-owners Nov 23 1999 2:50PM CST

All of the features for co-owners are currently available for testing on the Test Center Shard.

Co-ownership will allow you to select trusted friends and allies to control some of the important functions of a house. This will allow more flexibility for house owners and provide a method for additional storage for those players who share houses.
etc etc
