The whole system is hilarious, and I love it.
Things are shaking out much like they should, I'm really impressed with the wisdom of the crowds on this.
It also reminds me of the show The Apprentice. It's a fake games with fake rules that a bunch of people have for some reason decided is really important, and everyone gets frustrated when the rules (which were never real to begin with) end up changing. And then they get mad when they're not "winning" the fake game.
Intriguing to me is that you cannot + or - a user you have on your ignore (Foes) list. This means about a half-dozen of you out there have escaped my wrath, for the moment.

Heh, Lelouche seems to be the only one voting me down daily. I don't believe he and I have ever exchanged words on here or in game. Of all the people who could, I wouldn't expect him.
I suppose a thanks to my many enemies is in order...

I tend to disagree with 99% of what Malaikat says and thinks. As you can see, though, I don't down vote him for having a different opinion of things than me. I do shake my head and chuckle a lot, though. Different opinions keep things interesting, though. If it weren't for those, i'd get pretty bored with these forums quite quickly.
+1 for my supposed Foe.

lelouche, hicha, applejack, and a couple others went on a down vote spree with me and now it says " You are not allowed to give reputation yet".
I would put a couple on my foe list but it says that moderators can't be foed! ABUSE!

I too have this problem ... Moderators should be Stripped of their positions if they Abuse the Forums!

Yes as long as you are not on their lists.

not sure what the deal is
-using IE9 at work
-originally could "thumbs up/down" people
-can still view who has given me karma, but not give it out
-can still give it out at home with chrome (probably IE, haven't tried)
-when i try to give it out, the page will just fade to black, can ESC to get back to the original page

I've seen that too. Solution = drop Internet Exploder in favor of Chrome or Firefox

.
But yea, it's kind of weird--tried compatibility mode and not in IE and still just fades to black with nothing as nightshark described.

I could ask for Chrome to be installed, but no reason to draw further attention to the fact I browse wizard forums
