you guys need to stop hating on malice... I kill the guy and his buddies all the time and their mounts, dry loot including runes which he especially doesnt like but ive never thought or believed him to be a cheater... At least he does still run around and fight sometimes (oh and yes I mean he RUUUUUUUNNS) unlike the mass majority of the shards "elite" who oh wait thats right dont pvp they just do things like HEY LOOK AT THIS OMG BAN HIM (ROBB) forums irc pvpers... OH and Robb I also think its funny that you were just teamed up with a group of players who were banned for legitimately cheating and you want to point fingers... I personally wouldnt play with a group of players that cheat but you did... I guess you just had no idea what was going on tho right?

Lol...I know it's not ban-able, this post was to find out how to do it! Mission accomplished!

And as far as cheating goes it hasn't been proven that anyone cheated. And if they did, no I didn't know about it.

Account sharing was the reason for the bans.

Derrick wrote:This is a very preliminary list of the most basic, and sometimes obvious rules (and info) on Second Age.

Second Age is set in the T2A era of UO. These were very dangerous times in the land of Britannia; as such citizens who wander outside the protection of the guards do so at their own risk. Know how to protect yourself for you will be out of the reach of Lord British's assistance. Staff will not typically intervene in player affairs.

•There is a three account limit on Second Age.
•You should not be connected to Second Age on more than three accounts ever.
•We allow unattended macroing with Razor only(dl)
•No other software may be used for repetitive tasks.
•You may not gather things unattended. This includes Mining, Lumberjacking, lockpicking in dungeons, cotton picking/sheep shearing, and fishing. You may also not sell items to vendors AFK for profit.
•Non-EA/OSI Clients are not allowed.
•Reasonable character names are encouraged but not required.
•Obscene names may be changed at staff discretion
•House and Boat decay is 14 days if not refreshed.
•All characters on Second Age may own one house.
•There is no Young player status on Second Age.
•Accounts will Never be deleted due to inactivity.
•Respect the Staff. No one is being paid for their work here and we have gone to great lengths to find honest and competent staff members.
•We also expect the Staff to respect the Players. If you have an incident with a staff member we will do our best to find a way to resolve it.
•All staff instructions should be followed. You are welcome to voice objection after the fact.

This is not intended to be a comprehensive list of rules. Other common sense guidelines may apply, but we do our best to leave the game to the players. Staff on Second Age do not play.

There is also a basic FAQ index here: UOSA FAQ

I don't see SHIT about account sharing here...it ONLY says you cannot use more than 3 accounts at once...

You must have missed the first one: "There is a three account limit on Second Age."

If you use a fourth account (even a friends account) for more than just basic refreshing/maintenance for them, you essentially have 4 accounts.

Otherwise I could just have 5 of my friends create 15 accounts they will never use, and "let" me use them.

EDIT: for reference, see Derrick's reply in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=22000

Derrick said in Kister's post that if you use someone else's account and violate shard policy yadda yadda.

So what you're saying is all these people use other people's accounts and then only 1 guy gets banned for it, but he didn't do anything else.

Ok

Fede used Ragancy's account (non bannable)
Fede cheated on Ragancy's account (bannable)

Simple as that. I don't know how he cheated, but he evidently did.

The only person using more than 3 accounts was Scienter. He logged into an account Jacko owned and an account Kister owned. He was on Kister's account for a very short period of time, but extensively used Jacko's account.

From what I understand, all three of Jacko's accounts got banned, all three of Scienter's accounts got banned and all three of Kister's accounts got banned. Kister appealed and his accounts were unbanned, presumably due to the short period of time that Scienter used the one account.

Jacko has appealed for her accounts to get unbanned but I am unaware if any action has been or will be taken regarding that given that the use of the account was far more extensive.

This is the situation as far as I understand it, as was related to me by the folks involved.

My understanding is that the violation of shard policy was actually playing on the account (regularly as opposed to maintenance-wise), since he was out and about PvPing on one of Jacko's characters. Kister's accounts were unbanned, as detailed in my previous post.

What did he get banned for last time? Or is that a silly question?

The moral of the story here folk's:

Don't play this game alongside scummy asshole's like Fede (Scienter). He is a psychopath, he is a reprobate, he is probably locked up away from the public in a Mental Institution. He will use his morbid style of intellect to get whatever he can.

Letting Fede into your life is like contracting AIDS, you wont notice you have it to begin with, but eventually you will die.

This post is really dramatic and detracts from the real moral of the story which is don't break the rules if you don't want to get banned.

Dammit Rose, don't sugar-coat it. Tell us what you REALLY think.
