Why would it fall?
Didnt you know he got unbanned to transfer these to his friends?
You know the same stuff he got banned for according to his own Trash Talk post?
Everyone knows players who purposfully break the rules get to give stuff to their friends after a temp unban?
What it only happens to people with a "special relationship" with D?
Ooooo

Bet ya didnt know that.

I bet your so sick without your pixels. I bet you have no idea what to do with your life now that UOSA is out of the picture. I will pray you find that RL>UO.

I highly doubt Derrick would unban someone to give them time to give there goods away. It was probably just early in his investigation and all the cards were not on the table.

OK to summarize:
1) Cave gone bye-bye
2) Cave tower full of leet loots falling sometime soon
3) Derrick = hero
4) I want a plant
Is that about right?

Sebben has since quit/been banned, and Cave pretty much assumed he was getting out scott free. Guess not.
So, quite literally, this means that Cave is being banned for in game scamming, and that lying on UOSA is a bannable offense.
Personally, I sympathize for the guy who fell for the scam. $6,000 dollars is a lot of money to a lot of people... Maybe he thought he was going to be able to pay off some debt, or what not, then lost all of his hard earned items in his free leisure world, and then lost his accounts completely.
Why is everyone so up in arms against these people? I would believe you if you said you people wouldn't scam someone out of their in game wares, but those of you who are pretending you wouldn't accept $6,000.00 for your accounts can all go fuck yourselves. If not for your massive bullshit, then for your massive idiocy for declining such a great opportunity.

No, this means Cave got banned for agreeing to a RL transaction, and receiving ingame items as a product of that agreement. That does not constitute an "in-game scam" as it involves RL cash. And I'm sure A LOT of people lie on UOSA and are, nor will they, be banned. This is much more complicated than your simplistic reasoning will try to make it appear.

No, it's really not. In an actual court of law, with a judge trained in years and years of logic, would be forced to conclude that no actions were taken outside of the game on his part, and that he thus, did not break any rules.
It's like convicting someone of assault with a deadly weapon for pointing a water gun at someone...

No it's not. It's like soliciting a prostitute. And yes, he did solicit.

(1) This isn't a court of law.
(2) This isn't even a democracy, it's a monarchy and Derrick is King.
(3) Agreeing to a deal IN REAL LIFE does not constitute an IN GAME AGREEMENT, regardless of it went through or not.

First, it is.
Second, this ain't no actual court of law.
Third, he broke the rules.
Fourth, your analogy makes zero sense.
Fifth, good job Derrick. My faith is restored.
Following your lack of logic would establish a terrible precedent in which anyone could rampantly abuse. Furthermore, it would create an incredible amount of investigative work for the Staff to make sure that all of these "scams" weren't actually bitter business deals that aren't allowed under the shard's rules. In the end, your lack of logic is just completely unpractical regardless of its lack of logic.
