Bump for a beautiful example of how to turn an otherwise reputable individual into the laughing stock of the shard with a single thread.

Who are you talking about?

It can't possibly be me, I'm in-game now with contributors and allies working together for this very cause.

Any attempt to derail the thread has been in vain. I applaud your tenacity in any case.

One would think a griefer would wish for more people to grief, guess that isn't the scenario in this instance.

Wait, so what does a contribution benefit exactly? How will the funds be spent, and what's my ROI? Also, I thought there was going to be some kind of formalized and public composition of the shard's wealthiest players...like the "Forbes Top" editorial except nerdy and so inconsequential that it makes your eyes wet with tears of laughter.

I demand to see pictures of pixelized wealth, an accurate/well researched top down list of UOSA's richest, and a certificate of authenticity presented to the participants.
Save yourself the shame and embarrassment and just assume that if you can't understand me...you're the one who's retarded.

ROI would be rep, how it will be spent is already documented.

Apparently the "rich" don't care for a forbesesque top 10, which was my initial intent.

It would have been quite consequential, thank you.

I may be naive to how the system works, but I always thought the Forbes list was more about objective journalism and less about extortion and petty bribery.

Why do I always inject myself into situations?

Yes it's all about the people having a right to know who carries the wealth, it's up to the individuals to agree to provide transparency should they choose to, half of the forbes list are guestimates based on stock options and known assets.

I'm not extorting anyone, and no one is bribing me, I don't know why people say things just for the sake of saying them.

You either think I have sincere intent or not, it's not complicated.

The fact that you think this thread blew up because people care (or don't) about the sincerity of your intentions neatly demonstrates the very reason it blew up in the first place.

If by blew you mean 1k+ views resulting in marginal participation, then yes.

Keep the bumps coming I guess.

Seriously, can you re-explain this thread? I don't want to go back and read it since you changed the original post/idea. I'm really wondering what the end game of this is. Do you just need gold to rebuild Shadowmire? I'm lost yar.
