allowed spells teleport. Seeing as you have a jetpack in your quiver
magic arrow
fireball - fire arrows
poison - poison arrows
night sight!
telekenisis - hittin open stuff iwth arrows

you CAN use Swords, but only a longsword.
Standard Bows (magic types will represent trick arrows also)

Freeza, Doomsday is wayyyyyyy too powerful of a character for anyone to choose. Hopefully you won't mind picking another :).

You don't get resist just because you want it, if it doesn't fit your character, then don't even suggest it please!

is what I would do, feel free to do 100/25/100 to make yourself more viable.

Personally I'd leave off poisoning, if you accept that template than your character is approved, please post up any questions you have.

I think all aproved templates should have the temp posted so we can see what is being passed. It will only help all who are trying to make templates.

I can definitely accept that. I'll use magery instead of poisoning and perhaps have more dex than int. Can I use spells like curse and paralyze? It seems that they would go along with his use of drugs and muscle relaxants as weapons.

Hello mr im too slow to notice everyones template already being posted, read the thread!

I'd see the drugs more as "trap pouches" to break out of other peoples paralyzes and whatnot

Or maybe the drugs cause hallucinations of demons and elementals which attack the victims ;-)

JL & LoD Make sure you check the first page once again! Everyone whose template that has not been approved go ahead and start your character and begin macroing up the CORE Abilities *fighting skill/tactics* and wait for someone to get around to your template, because I've been swamped :(.

Parrying would be a much better fit than resist spells for acrobatic reflexes
split parry and resist (even though he doesnt use a shield)

I think alchemy would be a better fit for this guy and field spells yea, but the riddler isnt on par with the phantom for magery etc, cap magery at 65 max

Try and be creative with your character.
Your trying to build a good recreation of your character. Not an effective UO character.
If your character is a human why would he have any resist spells at all...
If your char isnt a scientist/doctor/psychologist/street hustler why would they have 100 evaluating intelligence.
If your character isnt a deep thinking Yogi/magician/thinker why would they have meditation.
If your character doesnt have an inate healing ability why would they have healing?
cmon people be creative.
If your char isnt superhumanly strong why would they have 100 strength
If they arent super fast why would they have 100 dex
If they arent super smart why would they have 100 int.

Just looking through most templates people are trying to make effective UO chars instead of recreating their characters.
The best recreations of DC comic characters are probably not going to be leet UO characters.

Blackfoot, you're trying to be too technical
limiting people on things like this, would just make them choose a character who by those standards would be someone overpowered/too powerful. Letting them choose there stats with some restrictions, and max out the skills with no restrictions AS LONG AS THEY FIT THE CHARACTER, allows them to choose characters they like.. rather than ones that they know will be unstoppable.

100 Str on most characters is almost a must, with us allowing some of these characters to use E-Bolt and whatnot. The characters that use E-Bolt, have very good magic capabilities, so they get 100 eval regardless.. so rather than them being able to one-two shot everyone, theres no reason not to allow people to have 100 str and survive atleast 3-4 shots giving them time to fight back atleast.


All the characters without magery, who have healing.. it's almost common knowledge. Almost anyone competent has the skill to dress a wound, bandage up a cut. Also.. it would be another case of "people with magery being too powerful" if we eliminated people from healing themselves.. It would again make people choose characters that they thought would be all around useful templates.. and not characters they like.

Your reasoning for things kinda contradicts what you asked of Blackfoot =/.


Also, we all know heros didn't half ass things. Batmans training was intensive, and everyon around batman *reasoning for 100 skills for most people*.

For your own template Blackfoot, you forget that alot of people consider "Master" to be the highest level of things, I really ever hear "Grandmaster" in things like chess, and UO. People are called "Masters of Martial Arts" not really "Grandmasters of Martial Arts".

So you stopping your skills short of 100 is purely personal preference/belief of Green Arrows capabilities.

We aren't going to limit people to roadmaps of there template, but we will regulate what they can and cannot get/do based off the character they are trying to portay. Doing so would just kill the fun factor in all of this
