There is no anti-pk leadership. Thus why you see no organized anti- guilds..
Who's it gonna be? Who's gonna step up? I've never been good at PvP but I would'nt mind joining an anti PK guild and learning, just so we could bring a little balance back to the force.

THere isn't a guild but me and pancakes are actively looking for pks to kill. Hit me up on IRC as GuardianKnight or PM me here and we can setup contact for people to join us from time to time. That goes for anyone wanting some pay back.

Time for some S-Units. Stealth will be key in on this. A group of stealthers that wait out at hunting spots would be beneficial. Maybe enlist a bunch of theives on top of it. Gate everyone in have them spread out and unleash when everything is in order and a target is verified. Funniest thing I would ever see. Make sure everyone has tables to block movement and hinder targeting should they decide to start dragging them.

Aye, I'm all for running with a stealth/hiding ambush group.

let's look at the definition of term "PK". what does "PK" mean?
it means a "Player Killer." let me do a quick math;
"Farmer"s = "Player"s. "Dead Farmer"s = "Dead Player"s.
a farmer is no different than a mage, a warrior or a thief. Just don't cry when someone hands you your ass.
I'm playing a bard since I started UO, and I've been killed many times. I am 14, 14 or 41, it is about maturity, so be mature, for god's sake.

Recall.
There is no reason you should die to a lone pk in this game if you are a farmer. Set up a macro to instantly recall you out. Bring invisibility/teleport rings. Do something besides running to the forum screaming about how all those mean meanies are being mean and you can't cope. The implication, whether you mean to actually imply it or not, is that you would do better to play on a shard with Trammel. I don't mean that as an insult. It honestly seems that way.

Form an anti-guild and go PK hunting. For every game mechanic in UO there is a counter mechanic. People are just too complacent and want mechanics to address the problems caused by their lack of initiative.
damn trammies.

truer words were never spoken
can apply that to a rediculous amount of complaints in these forums

The whole PK, Anti-PK thing is kind of bogus especially on a shard where you may very well end up protecting or fighting alongside PK's on their blue alts.
Resources are things that can be taken and controlled in the game, unfortunately they're far easier to attack then to defend, but it's not griefing to lock down a resource. That's part of the game too.
If defending yourself is too tough, then hire a PvP guild (or guilds to do it). They'll enjoy the challenge, love that you're out there tipping them off to activity, and be up to the task of putting the PKs in to statloss.
Back in the day on LS, I had a number of friends around the shard who would tip me off when a statloss PK group was on the move and then my Order guild would get on their trail. Always a blast.

Everyone assumed this was a whining thread but in reality it's purpose was to spread awareness and somehow spite those that were taking advantage by any means necessary. If you can't get people together to fight a common enemy then get them together to stop money even going into the system.

In the early days of Siege Perilous the gold faucets were in the dungeons, and a couple of PK guilds and their allies controlled both of them. The blues got fed up about it, but really couldn't do anything about it. You see when Siege started most of the PvPers from other shards came over to play red characters of one form or another. Being red without statloss means the freedom to off people when you want to for whatever reason.
Discussions were held about the problems and various pks got involved trying to encourage the non-pks to fight back.
What they finally decided was the only solution was to re-balance the shard, and a number of PK guilds became Anti or at least neutral guilds. Some of them made blues, but many of them just stayed red. This was actually really helpful because the PKs who controlled the dungeons often farmed on their blues, and it really helped to cement the fact that people should be judged by their actions and not their color flagging.
But over time the spawns were redone, and the stable bug that allowed tamable spawn areas to be completely blocked was eliminated and just like every other shard ... farming became simply a matter of grabbing what you could and then running away when someone else showed up.
And that's the rub.
Folks who know what they're doing can farm and get away with it, so why do they need help?
You can organize a squad to help folk who can barely cast recall, or are still figuring out how to play the game (ala NEW) but eventually they won't need the protection either. In fact attracting PKs and PvP'ers to their favorite spawn areas merely just delays how long they have to wait until they can go right back and start farming again.
In other words, things would likely have to become much worse before anyone is going to bother doing anything about it; but you might have a chance at convincing some of the pk/pvp guilds to change their side to shake things up.

Grieving is a part of UO it always has been, nothing will ever change this.

Griefing is not pking, not synonymous at all.
