Fees will be as follows:

Placing a small house: 2k (1k)
Placing a Large Brick or Patio: 5k (2.5k)
Placing an L shape: 5k (2.5k)
Placing a Tower: 10k (5k)
Placing a Keep: 20k (10k)
Placing a Castle: 30k (15k)
Unsuccessful House placement: (1k)
Some people may scoff at this service, that is fine as you do not need to use it. But the fact is more and more players are coming to me for advice, today alone I had 3 requests for advice regarding house placement.

No one ever messaged me so I didn't get to see the outcome, but matron has scammed MANY people using fake Brother Tabius.
