Day 4

Day 3 brought us a very special Charity Raffle.

http://forum.uosecondage.com/viewtopic.php?f=45&t=18541

Tickets are still on sale, but they're going fast. Get yours while you can!

Will Wise and Tabius finally pay up? Or will I have to make a Day 5 post? A Day 245 post? Only time will tell!

The more interesting question is who has been rejected from or kicked out of cA. And on that list we have (among others):

Brules
Wise
Tabius

Don't forget Miller when he's not being killed by NPCs

What about Pristiq, Francios, Shane, et al.

In fact, almost all of our guild is active, that's probably something not many other guilds can say.

cA adds more to UOSA than any of the boring nay-saying, pixel hoarding, rage quitting, self righteous retards that are throwing all their toys out the pram ever could. EVER! And yes, I've had stuff stolen from me, when I was a newbie, by cA! Guess what, it made me stay. Just like the random PK that 1-shot ebolted me when I didn't even have full stats yet. When interesting things happen in a game like that it doesn't put off newbies or cripple the player base etc etc blah. In fact it has the opposite effect. And anyway, as others have pointed out it's not like there aren't hundreds of other stores out there to go to so one tower getting blocked is but a minor inconvenience for a few. Yet if we were to believe all the we-take-free-games-way-too-seriously crowd that are gnashing their teeth over this utterly comic spectacle then cA is the antithesis of fun, humour, fair play and good personal hygiene and the loss of this tower will instantly deter all new players for the forseeable future. Here's a tip for you guys, you are doing exactly what cA wants. The more you moan, quit or lash out at cA the more they sit at their computers laughing hard at you and high-fiving themselves in the mirror. If you really wanted to 'win' per se, you'd ignore them and cause no fuss. But I guess you just aren't quite clever enough to get that.

And no, I am in no way affiliated with cA. They are simply the only guild on this shard that does anything entertaining.

Oh yeah, Rhaps. That guy is responsible for 90% of chum's tale of adventures.

I think hemp should start his own shard back up its about that time. Why are you so bitter we play theif toons? If you enjoy doing something you do it. Sorta like the way you enjoy Canada And Maple Syrup or what ever it is you do there.

I agree, there is no crime in spreading the bardic arts!

Clearly this is why you failed at becoming a bard.

Sure it is, there are many more ways to relieve people of excessive goods then the standard reaching into their pack and taking it, cA is just more creative with method. An everyday thief is limited to the old yoink and run; with cA that could happen or you could be blown up, stealth blocked in a spawn, tricked, shot by firing squad, gated to a nasty spot, pk'd, swarmed by killer npc's or pets, pirated, impersonated, extorted, blackmailed, town killed, have your mount stolen, boat taken, house looted, be provoked into suicide by guard... well the list goes on and on.

Conventional thieving is rather a one note song, whereas given the wide range of talents and methods amongst guild members cA is a bardic symphony of mayhem. We just have a broader and more interesting definition of what thieving is.

Day 5:

Day 4 was, alas, rather uneventful aside from a few matters which I shall not discussion in public. What will Day 5 bring? Only time will tell!
