If you want to keep your money, never deal with Telamon. This guy is so good at selling houses that you'll end up with more house than you can count. Because of him, I am now poor. Shame on you Telamon for selling so many good houses!

I'll buy the tower spot but don't have the cash. You said offers with just tower bid would be considered, so would a lg brick deed be considered as well? If so, I'll buy the lg. brick on ice.

Just did a trade with Telamon, and it couldn't of gone any smoother. I handed over deeds, and he transfered ownership of house with the quickness. Thanks for the smooth deal Tela, would definetely trade with again.

No broker needed Telamon was great showed me a bunch of houses and helped me find the right one. If I ever need a house 100% going with him again!

Purchased the small house in K^A from Telamon. We didn't need a broker as Telamon has a great reputation and I have done business with him before. It was a very easy transaction and I definitely recommend his services.
