blah blah blah.....sounds like a lot of people confusing law with rules. This server is operated on a set of rules, thus, any law you feel applies to this virtual world is just your feeling. When it comes to enforcing any rules violation the only feelings that matter are those of Derrick. It's getting to be analogy overload in here, Cave was banned, move on. I think the admins should just blow up that tower like they blow up old hotels in Las Vegas, that would be a fun event to attend.

It's abundantly clear at this point that the community is more concerned with kissing the staffs ass, and serving as yes men, than providing any kind of sound objectivity to the situation.

If the rules are, in fact, that the offense occurs at solicitation, then so be it. But people commit a lot of time and effort into these games. Also, not many people would turn down 6 grand for their pixels, or a shot at a free tower full of highly rare items (although, obviously the answer would be fewer.)

A permanent banning for either party involved, given the provided information, seems extremely excessive to me. Especially considering the fact that no real life money was actually transferred, and thus, no real damage done, despite the fact that the act was finalized...
