Alotta vendors throughout the land sell between 5k-6.5k...run up towards the mines in Minoc from town I think K^A vendor house sells for 5.5k or so, if you can't find them I believe right next to yew bank the patio there sells them for 6-6.5k

You can find them for 4.5k around vesper don't bother getting things from Bigouds him and his friends overprice EVERYTHING, 65k for a whip? lul
