I have a question about some magic items i came across

I came accross the following and am wondering what they are worht before i throw them on my vendor for next to nothing:

Indestructible Battle Axe of Ruin
Exceedingly Accurate Hally of thunder with 21 charges
exceedingly accurate longsword of power
eminitly accurate warfork
Closed Helm of Guarding

not a whole lot

sell the battle axe to the npcs or smelt it, same with the warfork and helm

the hally.. most likely not much.. people only like +20/25 power's/vanqs. maybe a K or two

longsword of power, maybe a couple K, but nobody really uses longswords.
