Check out the pirate vendor. (take road north of east brit bank up until you come to a npc fort) vendor is in a small right next to the fort.
Last i checked there was 5-6k inggots on there.

also 1st house S of yew gate if there are any left. had 8k last nite but havent checked today. 6g per ingot
