Excellent Vendor spot:
Due to trying to raise money for a keep and not enough time to actually maintain a vendor here I'm selling this spot.
Auction ends Friday 9/25/09 at 8pm est, or 15 minutes after last bid whatever is later.

i would bid on this house but you have put no ending date is this an auction or you just selling this house for 70k

I usually like to gauge interest before I put an ending date.
We'll make it a ~2 day auction...ends at 8pm Est Fri, 9/25/09
In case sniping is a concern, it will end 15 minutes from the last bid.
