Housing Deeds

There seems to be a problem with the architect vendors, all the house deeds are called 'Deed' with no description of the type of building it is.
Anyone got any info on why this is?

Thanks. There's a similar problem with animal sales, more descriptive, but less precise.
I'll try to have this fixed in the morn.
