Recall Spell

Where the hell is it? I've been traveling from town to town and checking every mage shop I come across but I just can't seem to find the dang thing.

NPCs only sell scrolls up to 3rd circle. All scrolls above that, you would either need to loot off a monster or buy off another player.
There are currently 3 scribe vendors located north of Vesper.

There is also a scroll vendor west of vesper! Look for Nelson.
