I realize saying price check in a forum titled "price check" is a bit redundant.
How much do people pay for placed towers? Spots are harder and harder to come by

There's still enough spots that unless it's in a desirable location (e.g. near a guardzone, dungeon or other area of interest) you won't get over deed value.

id agree with this. With non secure house trading it is harder to trade houses now. People only seem to go over deed for locations they deem desirable.
Keeps dont even go for that much more as some are still being placed (i placed on in a local i love 2 weeks ago).
