Buying this Yew Gate House Maybe? Owner check!

Curious as to who owns this yew gate house - immediately north of "Yew Gate House" (both are pictured). Also curious as to whether or not they would entertain any offers on it.

I own this house. Not really looking to sell sorry.
I would consider a trade for a better vendor house, unfortunately to upgrade someone would probably rake you over the coals.
