UO Second Age

When i type in a user name and password i get the message *Account does not exist*
I'm using razor and my setting seem fine.
Any ideas?

Im trying to make a new account because i just started here

i'd never really ask you to say this on forums .. but what is your account name .. could it be taken already .. though your char can have same name as another your account must be uniqe

Ive tried entering several different names in an attempt to get an account going.
It seems even mrwigglypoo is not even valid

yes account seems very odd .. for now first thing i would do is .. if your on broadband useing a router .. i'd disco. all network hook your computer stright to router .. reboot it all .. that will insure that you get a new ip address .. then .. try and log in ... go with a totaly new name somthing totaly random "hyewvdi" what ever .. if it lets you go though then dc .. redo your router set up reboot it all .. then use desired user name with a twist more .. or go with somthing crazy . if it doesn't work then i'd say check your cli . and all that

no the shard does not .. however i'd had to deal with programs like peer g. and i have read other countries are requireing web filtering at the isp level .. not sure if any of that is true .. but to he honest dosn't sound like that is the problem ..

account does not exist would i'd guess is communication to the shard just a failed auth.

First thought is are the keyboards the same .. are you maybe useing a forgien symbol

Iirc, "Account Does Not Exist" implies someone trying to create a fourth account on an ISP. I'd recommend doing what Chaos suggested and reset your IP, then try again.

make sure the server name in razor is correct too, I accidentally connected to divinity and harassed the staff for about 15 minutes about my account being gone until they got frustrated and bailed on me, then i figurd it out.

Yea, i must be missing something because no matter what i do i cant seem to make an account here
I tried bypassing my router, but nothing helped.

I live in Japan for a year. When I got internet installed, I found out that my Japanese ISP blocked ALOT of programs:

AOL IM,
Yahoo IM
WoW
Steam
etc.

You might need to contact your ISP, or visit their website, access your account, and turn off your blocking.

Its bad when you have a problem Derrick has never seen before.

I found that the problem was my fault
Aparently the software patched incorrectly and i hadnt noticed it
Razor was not properly syncing to the client and thus not communicating with any known host.
After a re-install and re-patch, all was good
