UO Second Age

Im not using the house anymore and its a shame to see this building abandoned.

Its about 2 screens away from the destard entrance; coords are 1212, 2675.

A nice spot to store the usual loot and continue farming without a bank stop - or - a safe area if a pk is hunting you (assumed you have a ban-macro).

My lockpicker used it for the training in destard (with a stealther it was relatively fun sneaking around players and watching them run from pks)

Some accounts have already been banned from the house:

- Taking offers in this thread or via pm.

- In case someone buys it, there would be no broker needed.
You would pay first and afterwards the house would be transferred.

- But if you absolutely insist on hiring a broker this wouldnt be a problem at all.
