UO Second Age

i used to play UOR and then AOS, but when i started i could buy skills of vendors like mage, meditation well anyskill if you went to the right vendor. My question is can i do it on uosa? and if yes how? and if no how do i gain magery for 0.00?

yes it works here as well
command is vendor train (this will display a list of items they can train) vendor train "skill" displays how much he can train you buy cost .. give npc desired amount up to what they can teach .. and you will be trained ..

Also if for some reason if you already reached your skill cap of 700 you cant learn any new skills from vendors

Unless you put a skill to lower and the skill you want to raise you have set to go up..

Oh right on, I thought it was if you reach your skill cap period you can't do it anymore, cause if you lower one you have to raise one so you'll still have 700 skill points.
