Vendors name is Emanuel and is located SW of Yew Moongate. There are high-end vanquishing and Power items. (hallys, Katana,Kryss).

They are to expencive.
No one is gonna pay those prices for non tactics vanqs. Go over the threads recently on similar weapons.
