Crashing using hotkeys

I've been experiencing some sporadic crashes when using Razor's hot key function. What happens is that I execute the hot key (one time happened with potion, other time with attack nearest red) and the UO client will crash. This happens on a random basis, but usually when I'm in a fight or dungeon so that I end up dead. :p Anyone know how to solve this issue?
