I am curious what trophies and trophy points are. Is there a link somewhere that will explain the items and the system?

Yea I was interested about it as well but then found the thread on it, I would like to say that it's an awesome feature about this, I am anxious to try it out someday and get something cool.

Unless you are winning every event it's a pain.
People that have them are very hard to buy from, mainly because they seem to think if you didn't win it, you don't deserve it.

I had a couple people sell to me and tell me i sucked and can't fight. right before they gauged the price up.

Not to mention, taking on the buyer role on something you are trying to get a full set of can get extremely annoying to everyone around you. It's a good way to alienate yourself and annoy people.

Well, GK, maybe you shouldn't be so bad at UO and IRC.

whats silver coins? Are trophys useless now?

Silver coins are 1/2 trophy points. Trophies are still being handed out as well.

Silver coins are given out from monster spawn at GM event invasions and Double domination/ CTF.

Trophies are still given out for everything else.
