Buying Keep on decent land (no ice / swamp)

I'm looking for a keep that is reasonably placed and priced. Please, no Ice or Swamp land property.
Either PM or reply with location, pic, and asking price. I'm willing to negotiate to a price we can both agree on. This isn't an item of extreme importance to me, but i'd like to move from my tower to a keep or castle at some point. I don't see castles selling for less than 2 mil, so i'm not even going to bother asking about that.
