no
why not? just 'no' ain't good enough. I know if I went to an auction, had the high bid, but wasn't allowed to win because some friend of the seller had a lower bid that he'd rather accept, I'd feel scammed.
Lor must be a scammer...hey blackfoot, if you aren't too busy removing joshlee's posts, maybe he could be added to the scammer list?

Seeing as it's not a publicly owned good there's no reason I have to sell it to someone I don't want to sell it to, so why don't you go bitch to someone who cares.

Public goods can be controlled as to the owner by the administration, whereas the items that I have procured from adventures and the like are mine for sale and distribution to whomever I see fit.
