Eval Int

Does Eval Int gain faster in town than in a house? I am working it on a char with 100 int in my house and it's moving much slower than I ever remember. It's moving at a rate to GM in about a week. Did settings change? Sorry if already in this forum, I know...read more post less...search is your friend... I'm lazy.

Should be the same gain rate.
On our shard, it's much slower than it is on others. Same with Anatomy.

Yeah when I start a new char I always go ahead and do eval or anatomy first until I GM it to get it out of the way. Anatomy to help for healing gains and eval for int and better resist gains if you macro magery on yourself somewhere other than town.
