UO Second Age

I just recently got my fisher/treasure hunter up and going. Is there a way to mark runes onto your boat? If not what do people do in order not to lose your boat incase you may die at sea? I tried logging another character out on the boat but he appeared on land several hours later when i logged him back in. Any help would be appreciated.

No .. however .. you can recall onto your boat by targeting your boat key
it acts like a recall rune for your boat ...

BUT ... you should NEVER keep your Key on you ... put it someplace safe ... ie, in your bank or a secure at home

oh, and do not put a chest on the recall spot. that sucks.

LOL ... yea ... i think most of us boat owners have made that mistake.
