Is there any use AT ALL for furs?

Not hides, but furs, that you get from gutting certain creatures like wolves and llamas. Can anything be crafted with them or are they just makeshift carpeting?

I sold a bunch awhile back at 2k each; who knew they were a 100% skinned item from llamas...
