The market isn't set by your low ball offers that some people seem to fall for, due to being impatient-It's whatever someone is willing to pay.
Please do a little research on past hallies that were equal or of lesser quality and easily got my asking prices, or more, before trolling my sac.

Actually, I'd say meeting you both in the middle is probably the fair market price.
He offered 150k for all three, you're selling them for 300k. I think 225k is about right, actually - 100, 75, and 50.
