the only way there is a keep spot is if he redeeded one so he can say see I told ya, I have wandered the globe and all the islands, no keep spots. Found some tower spots that I placed and a few that may be tower spots, but 0 keep spots. Think about it if he could place a keep he would and then sell that for a lot more than 15k over deed. but 15k for a rune is nice profit, can't blame him for trying.

People want to pay 25K for a plot, But there is NO WAY someone will drop a keep and keep their word. 15K is fair! Its a HUGE spot, either you newbies don't know how large the map really is, or you are to stubborn to admit you didnt really run the map.

either way, I dont have the energy to place a keep and sit there with it, If someone is REALLY interedted in it, Ill Drop my large brick deed I have available to me, and then take u there. But thent he price goes up to 25K and I wont remove the house till its paid! Up to you
