I got it off the revenge santa but I heard you can get them off guards or the real santa. I am Not to sure about that though as I havent personally gotten one off them or seen one taken from them. Hope that helps you

Killed evil santa... no hat. What we did get though was an enormous respawn of him and his retinue lol.
Spent a couple hours killing elves, reindeer, and yes, one revenge santa. Saw 2 silvers drop (got one), some magic stuff, but no Christmas loot.
Not bitching here, just telling you what I saw in my time there tonight.

I disagree, and furthermore this comment reads more like it kept red characters from participating so it sucks.
As far as impact on economy, it was minimal. There weren't that many drops and the toughness of the mobs was enough that there wasn't too much soloing through a bunch of loot that we sometimes see. In fact I think it was a nice balance between loot, toughness, and theme.
Would I have liked a santa hat or pair of gloves, sure... but this is no different then in old school UO where you'd have a group camping a spawn point for awhile just so one person could get something decent.

You can upload pics to your post, instead of linking them, that way the pics are on the server and won't eventually disappear.
Glad most had a good time. I know the finale was a little sudden last night, but most survived
I understand the divide on having events like this in guarded towns. We really wanted to do this as a Moonglow invasion, and Moonglow like Britain is a landing spot for new and newer players, so we hesitate to turn the guards off in a town this big for a period of time as this was. We do do invasions in smaller and less populous towns with the guards off more often.

Everyone has up to 3 accounts so to have it in a guarded town makes it as fair as possible for everyone in the game. As not everyone is good at pvp so why make it a pvp fest? If you have an account just hop on a blue char and participate no one is stopping you from doing that. I dont see how you could feel that you were excluded from anything just because you couldnt take your red char. There should be no events that allow reds as not everyone has reds but everyone has blue chars and it was your decision to make your char red and if thats your best char well then make a blue one that has the same skills. It truely is that simple as you have up to 15 chars. To allow pks into every event held would truely make this a pk shard.
