Guilds?

Guys,
Is there a place in the forums where guilds post info about themselves?
I am new to the server, working on developing characters.
I am interested in finding out about anit-PK guilds plus I have a blacksmith character that I will need a good location for. Any info on guilds out there would be appreciated.
