Hello again,

I've returned from a long break, and would like to get my feet wet... But in order to do so I need a house/money. So I am will to trade these wonderful items for a solid house spot, or just straight up cash. I'm not sure what the running price is on these... But I would like to sell/trade together.

I'm sure I'll get people on here that will say how much there worth so I guess when I see an offer I like, then I'll take it.

Sorry for the late response to everyone that is interested... The two bids atm that I am interested in is a 600k overall bid for both and another that had a placed tower and 50k... I'm not sure what towers run, but I know I would like the building so if anyone has a better deal let me know otherwise I'm going to take the tower with 50k..
