How does one go about creating a guild....i like have no idea and would appriciate the help

go to provisioner and buy a guild stone deed.

Like Alex21 said, you will need to go buy a guild stone deed at the provisioner and then place it in a house that you own. It will then ask you for a guild name and abbreviation. You will also get many more options in the guild menu by double clicking the stone.
