cheap 2-story L in great location

I'm taking a break from UOSA for a while and don't want to keep hassling with refreshing this property. So, I'm selling it for the same low price I paid for it, 2story deed + small deed.
As you can see, it's near Brit GY but far enough to still be a little isolated. Can't ask for much more!

This is a good location and I'm not just saying that because he's my guild mate = )
It has a nice scenery too.
