Can we buy / make any kind of houses different than those sold by the NPCs?
For exemple a Large Marble Patio House?
And can the carpenter build houses?

I wish bro, I really liked some of the newer house layouts. It's possible that they could be added later but right now they aren't consistent with the uosa era. But, just for the record, I would gladly pay a premium for the newer designs if they were added.

Exactly, Thats probably the one thing I miss about the later housing.
Villas were a favourite of mine.

Was the only good improvement that OSI thought of with UOR
