Dire Wolfs Extinct?

Anyone know where these fellows spawn? I've looked all over... I can't seem to find one! And yes I am looking in the Britannia Forests!

have you checked around yew? I havent been around there in a while but I know I used to see alot of them NE of yew. But now that you mention it I dont think I've seen any in awhile.

I know right... seriously I remember always getting attacked by one by almost any Moon gate... look around there gone...

I have found dire wolves east of Brit, and in forests near Cove primarily.

Now are you talking as in the recent 15 min. or in the past? Because I remember seeing them too in the past... but a take a quick run in the woods there gone....
They were never hard to find!

I guess if you are taming just for gains until you can tame nightmares or whatever you could replace Animal Lore for herding and that will aide you when you start taming everything around you.

Okay for one I seen a dire wolf the other day...maybe not in the last fifteen minutes but in the last 24 hours.
Trust me they are out there...
Though it would be fun if they did run in packs.

I always run into dire wolves while in Occlo. Bulls, grizzlies, great harts, and panthers are some of the other stuff that you'll run into. Good place for aspiring tamers at a bunch of different levels.
