the castle will be sold with the deco, which includes the stairs and roof courtyard. Also dont pay any attention to bigoud, theres a reason why so few like him. my transaction with everlynn went perfectly smooth with no broker.

this castle is in a great spot, low spawn, secure courtyard, next to a mine, next to water, walking distance of ice and wrong. remember this is not an auction, im thinking of taking a break from the game for a while and if i get an offer i like enough i will sell. but deed plus 200k is not even close.

How do you "use" the stairs to the roof? Teleport onto the object?

Just FYI...I PM'd a hard bid of 2M, then pretty much upped to 2.5 and hinted willingness to consider 3mil (but honestly don't see getting that together).

I think he's just price checking his prized possession while he goes on vacation. No harm in that I guess, but just letting the community know that he's not responding to reasonable bids.

That said, we'll still do 2.5million, Stratocaster. That should save you a few PM's at least.
