Buying Item ID Wands

Link to your vendor and i'll buy you out.
It seems there is a complete shortage (I know there's not..) of these on vendors, and I can't seem to get a lich to drop a single wand. (Been at this lich discussion for years now..)

I add them as I get them to my vendor for 10/charge. Vendor is Winna, next to Loops' tower just north of the brit moongate
