Sparring hirelings! How?

Hello

I wanted to inquire about hirelings and sparring them

2 questions:
1st off, when a hireling says it'll work for 100 gold a day, does it mean ingame time or real time. If they mean ingame time, what is the scale of time? 1 uo day = 1 rl hour?

2nd off: is there a way, with razor, to make a macro if someone ELSE than me has hits below a certain point? I noticed the Wait for hits below xx option but how does one apply it to someone else's hp?

'i will work for 1 day' is 1 day uo time. 1 day uo time = 2 hours

No. You'll have to watch, and determine how long it takes to get to before a dangerous level, and pause that long between heals.

This is pretty simple actually. Have the character who is being damaged loop a macro that goes like this

If hits < X
snoop healers pack like five times
wait for hp > X
end if.

on the heal use this on loop:
if system message = "you notice"
heal absolute target
pause 6.0 secs.

Make sure the charcter being healed doesn't have any snooping skill, and the arrow is pointed down, otherwise the healer wont receive the system message.
