I have to go out of the country for several weeks so I am going to close The Black Shoppe and sell the house.
Please post bids here. You may PM a bid to me but I will make the bid and bidder public so you may as well post it yourself.

This auction will run until Saturday 1-16-10 at 8pm eastern or 3 hours after the last bid.



If the buyer wishes to arrange for a broker(subject to my approval) then you are welcome to do so, otherwise money will be transferred before the house is.
I reserve the right not to sell for any reason.

Wasn't at all, at least didnt mean to come across as trolling. Apologies. Was checking out the link to his shop and he had recently put that warning up about the neighbours. Think I've got a right to be concerned. Am still interested in buying though if you are selling up.

The neighbors were only a problem on that one day. I never saw any of the ones that made the threats again.
