UO Second Age

Greetings

I have played the official UO but only during Renaissance. I am not sure how IDOC Houses work on this shard so here are my questions.

1. When a house collapse with items within the house, such as chest, furnitures etc. Do these items all drop on the ground or does the item disappear with the house?

2. Can you a house over items?
From what I was used to when you placed a house the items/player/npc would automatically be shifted to under the house sign. Is that the same on this shard?

all items except house add-ons drop to the ground,

and the area must be cleared before another house can be placed

Thanks, and has there been any updates on wether your house deed stays with you after death or is it still lootable?

house deeds are not lootable .. as long as they are in your Main Pack

Not 100% but are not house deeds noob and not blessed .. thus making them a drop item upon a reds death.

Also pretty sure you will need to watch out for ghost if its any kinda known large size drop .. seeing many will leave a ghost account on to run into house area of placement to prevent you so they can place later . House market is very profitable.

not really profitable ... had a tower for sale .. no buyers ... everybody wants things given to them .... turned Tower spot and surrounding area into 3 Large Bricks ... guess i'll sit on them till someone gets desperate

I was an IDOC hunter back in official shards so I enjoy the doing real estates.

As for the ghost thing, i think they changed that, didnt that?

Fact: Ghosts block house placement on UOSA.

Fact: House deeds are newbified, not blessed.
